Return & Exchange Policy

At Mish.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7–10 day return and exchange policy from the date your order is delivered.

1. Return & Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7–10 days of receiving their order.

Requests made after 10 days may not be accepted.

2. Eligible Reasons

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • The product is defective or not working properly.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • You received the wrong size, color, or variant.

  • The product is incomplete or missing parts or accessories.

  • The product is significantly different from its description.

3. Conditions for Return & Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and free gifts, where applicable.

  • The product must not be washed, altered, damaged, or misused.

  • Customers may be required to provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • All returned products will be inspected before a return, exchange, or refund is approved.

4. Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your product, you must contact Mish.pk within 7–10 days of delivery.

Exchange requests may be accepted for:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong color or variant

  • Defective product

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong product received

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, Mish.pk may offer an alternative product of equal value or a refund, where applicable.

5. Return Policy

If you would like to return your order, please contact Mish.pk within 7–10 days of delivery.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm whether the return has been approved.

If approved, the applicable refund will be processed according to our refund procedure.

6. Return & Exchange Shipping Charges

If a return or exchange is required due to an error on our part, such as receiving a wrong, damaged, defective, or incomplete product, Mish.pk will cover the applicable return or exchange shipping costs.

For returns or exchanges requested for other reasons, the customer may be responsible for the applicable shipping charges.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days after approval, depending on the payment method and the relevant financial institution.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our customer support team will contact you and confirm the available refund method.

8. Non-Returnable Products

The following products may not be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page.

  • Used, washed, or damaged products.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Products returned without the required original packaging or accessories.

  • Products altered or modified by the customer.

  • Products returned after the 10-day return/exchange period.

Certain hygiene, personal-care, customized, or sealed products may also be non-returnable where applicable.

9. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact Mish.pk customer support and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Customer name

  • Reason for the return or exchange

  • Clear photos or videos of the product, if applicable

Our support team will review your request and provide further return instructions.

Please do not send any product back without first contacting our customer support team and receiving return instructions.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to our ability to process the cancellation.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the customer may need to follow the return procedure.
